Abstract
The time evolution of the static structure factor following a sudden t emperature jump DELTA T is investigated in the case of a symmetric mix ture of two polymers and a solvent in the optical theta conditions. Th e two reverse processes corresponding to DELTA T > 0 and DELTA T < 0 a re considered, and the kinetics of approach towards the final states a re investigated both in the Rouse limit and in the presence of hydrody namic interactions.
