Abstract
An unusual case of leiomyosarcoma of the prostate presented as a recur rent pelvic cystic mass. Prostatic sarcoma are rare in adults with a p oor prognosis. It is often difficult to determine a definite origin. T he authors reviewed the differential diagnosis with pseudosarcoma, inf lammatory fibrosarcoma and others rare tumors of the prostate and the seminal vesicle.
