Abstract
Described is a case of a implantation of a permanent pacemaker with ep icardial lead with fractale iridium coating in a 4-year-old longhaired female spayed Dachshound. The dog had an intermittent (paroxysmal) AV -block 3rd degree and Adams-Stokes-Syndrom. Clinical findings, anesthe sia and surgery procedures are discussed.
