Abstract
Nanotube materials substantially improve the properties of carbon cont acts. A low contact resistance, a high stability and quality doping co ntrol were obtained. Carbon parallel nanotube deposits were shown to b e a convenient source of acceptor and donor impurities for activating the subcontact layers in solar cells, photoresistors and other devices .
