Abstract
We present three cases of eosinophilic granuloma of the ilium in child ren. Imaging investigations (computed tomography and magnetic resonanc e imaging) did not elucidate the disease but rather revealed patterns more like malignant rumours than a benign condition. However, these in vestigations were of value in directing the surgeon to the correct sit e for biopsy.
