Abstract
The nitrosoarene ligands in ferrous [Fe-II(tpp)(PhNO)(2)] are bound th rough their nitrogen atoms, whereas they are bound through their oxyge n atoms in ferric [Fe-III(tpp)(Et(2)NC(6)H(4)NO)(2)]SbF6.
