Abstract
In this correspondence, a method for the design of complex-coefficient nonrecursive filters is described. In this method, a mean-square erro r is formulated in a quadratic form, The filter coefficients are obtai ned by solving a system of linear equations using computationally robu st and efficient algorithms. Examples are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of our method.
