SCALING CONSIDERATION OF A GENERALIZED ANISOTROPIC S-D EXCHANGE MODELFOR THE INTERACTION OF ELECTRONS WITH 2-LEVEL SYSTEMS

Infrared divergences owing to electron-pseudospin scattering are consi dered for an interaction matrix parallel to I parallel to of a general form. It is shown that, except for a special degenerate case, the str ong coupling regime occurs, and the corresponding crossover energy ('' Kondo temperature'') is calculated. In the case det parallel to I para llel to > 0, the effective coupling constants behave non-monotonically during the renormalization process, which may result in a non-monoton ic temperature dependence of the resistivity.
