Abstract
A case of hydatid cyst in the adrenal gland is presented. Eight cases have been previously reported. The diagnosis of an adrenal cyst is usu ally incidental, and the diagnosis of hydatid cyst is seldom made preo peratively. Surgical excision of the gland including the cyst is the t reatment of choice.
