Abstract
Effect of preparative parameters on the properties of chemically depos ited CdS films is reported. The preparative parameters such as deposit ion temperature, time, stirring of substrate, etc. affect electrical r esistivity, optical bandgap, grain size of these films. This change is attributed to the size of crystallites in CdS films.
