Abstract
Inorganic cations and anions were separated simultaneously using sodiu m sulfosalicylic-EDTA binary eluent on a strong basic anion-exchange c olumn. The effects of eluent pH, concentration and complexing effect o f EDTA on retention behaviour of the ions were studied. The results sh owed that the larger the cation, the longer the retention time - excep t for Ca2+.
