Abstract
We propose a computational method to obtain series expansions in power s of time for general dynamical systems described by a set of hierarch ical rate equations. The method is generally applicable to problems in both equilibrium and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics such as ra ndom sequential adsorption, diffusion-reaction dynamics, and Ising dyn amics. A new result for random sequential adsorption of dimers on a sq uare lattice is presented.
