Abstract
After proving that the second-order sampling method introduces too muc h error for beamforming of the wide-hand signal generally used in ultr asound imaging systems, we suggest a new multi-order sampling method t hat significantly reduces sampling error but maintains advantages of t he second-order sampling method with relatively simple hardware.
