Patients with breast cancer that was diagnosed during pregnancy have r

or labour. An elevation of estradiol, testosterone, progesterone in t
he serum levels is observed most frequently, the androgens/estrogens r
atio is considerably disturbed, the urine excretion of nonclassic phen
olsteroids is increased. The revealed disturbances are more frequent i
n the patients with rapidly progressing disease, fatal end and in the
patients with metastases to regional lymph nodes. The revealed disturb
ances can be used as prognosis criteria after mastectomy.
