Abstract
Intra-tumoural and intra-arterial chemotherapy was performed in 36 pat ients with hepatic and pancreatic cancer as preoperative or palliative treatments. The new schedules of chemotherapy with mitoxantron were u sed in this investigation. The possibilities of using of mitoxantron a nd results of the treatment were evaluated.
