Abstract
We report a case of extramedullary relapse of acute myelogenous leukem ia twelve years after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Due to t he localized nature of the relapse, we were able to eliminate a majori ty of the tumor burden, utilizing local irradiation. Destined with eve ntual systemic leukemia relapse, further therapy utilizing donor lymph ocytes was given at a time of minimal disease burden. The patient rema ins in a state of complete remission.
