Abstract
Different kinds of oscillatory behaviour have been observed in CdTe ba sed modulation doped single quantum wells (MDSQWs). Besides the oscill ations of the Landau level half width, the Landau level energy and the electron g-factor, we have found that the g-factor of photo-excited h oles oscillates too. This oscillatory property of the g-factor of phot o-excited holes in a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) is also refle cted in the oscillation of the integrated intensity of sigma(+) and si gma(-) polarised luminescence emission.
