Abstract
Gastric tuberculosis is an uncommon clinical entity. Great difficulty is encountered in making the pre-operative diagnosis. Other chronic gr anulomatous conditions (Crohn's disease, sarcoidosis and isolated gran ulomatous gastritis) should always be considered. Surgery, with postop erative antituberculosis treatment, remains the main modality for accu rate diagnosis and treatment.
