Abstract
Magnetic domains have been visualized by Kerr effect on nonoriented si licon-iron sheets. A simple methodology on how to determine the surfac e magnetization is proposed. For complex patterns, this method provide s interesting results which could not be obtained by any reasoning bas ed on physical principles. (C) 1995 American Institute of Physics.
