Abstract
Giant magneto-impedance (GMI) results for Metglas 2705M have been stud ied in two measuring geometries in several field annealed samples. A r ich variety of peak features in GMI, all within a small field range, h ave been observed. The various features in the GMI are discussed in te rms of magnetic susceptibility and microstructural properties of the a morphous ribbon. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
