Abstract
Homophobia among faculty and student affairs professionals was assesse d. Faculty were found to be more homophobic than student affairs profe ssionals. Overall, men were more homophobic than women. No interaction existed between gender and group membership (faculty or student affai rs professional) with regards to homophobia level.
