Abstract
A trinomial generalized Canter set model is proposed to precisely pred ict the singularity spectrum f(alpha) of dissipation measure in isotro pic turbulence on the basis of the data of turbulence at the fully-dev eloped state obtained by our recent direct numerical simulations on gr ids of 128(3) and 512(3). This model can be extended to reasonably pre dict the expectable negative parts of f(alpha) by change of parameters .
