Using the P-site CPA, we show that in the two-dimensional doped Ising-
like Heisenberg ferromagnets the dependence of the coherent exchange c
ouplings on the impurity concentration is the same as that of antiferr
omagnets. The coherent magnetic fields and magnetic susceptibilities a
re obtained within the framework of the 1-site CPA. The magnetic susce
ptibilities obtained from the CPA are compared with the perturbative r
esults in the low impurity concentration range.
