Abstract
Self-assembled fullerene-diaminododecane multilayer films were prepare d on planar silicon wafer and quartz plate and on nonplanar fumed sili ca surfaces, and the growth of each layer and its uniformity was chara cterized by using FTIR, UV, contact angle measurement and ellipsometri c measurement. It is suggested that fullerene-diaminododecane layers a re not completely packed on oxide surfaces, but the growth of each lay er was confirmed.
