Abstract
Sarcoidosis is rarely recognized as an osseous manifestations alone. P atients with osseous involvement usually have a chronic multivisceral form of the disease. The authors report a case of osseous sarcoidosis without other visceral involvement. A bone scan was requested to evalu ate the extent of the bone involvement and explore buttocks pain.
