Abstract
The authors report a patient who developed a meningo-myelitis attribut ed to Behcet disease. Spinal MRI assessed spinal involvement. Among ne urological manifestations of Behcet disease, isolated spinal cord invo lvement is infrequent, Dramatic improvement of neurological symptoms w as obtained after steroid and immunosuppressive treatment.
