Abstract
In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of set-valued nonlin ear generalized variational inclusion with noncompact valued mappings and construct a new iterative algorithm. We prove the existence of sol utions for this class of variational inclusion and the convergence of iterative sequences generated by this algorithm.
