Abstract
Three new aporphine alkaloids, (+)-N-formylovigerine (1), (+)-N-formyl hernangerine (2), (+)-N-hydroxyovigerine (3) and one known aporphine a lkaloid, (+)-N-formylnornantenine (4), have been isolated from the tru nk bark of Hernandia nymphaeifolia.
