Abstract
We treated 6 patients with volarly angulated malunions after distal ra dius fractures by corrective radius osteotomy via the volar approach. No complications related to this approach were seen. Postoperatively, ulnar head pain was alleviated and forearm rotation was within 10 degr ees of normal.
