Abstract
The approach to the design of molecular magnets based on metal complex es with 3-imidazoline nitroxides is discussed. Both polymeric bischela te complexes demonstrating bulk magnetization and molecular model comp ounds are considered. Some aspects of quantum-chemical treatment of ex change interactions in metal-nitroxide exchange clusters are presented .
