We calculate the probability of nu(i)-neutrino emission, dsigma(nu)(E(
c),x(nu))/dx(nu), for a collision of a proton (neutron) of energy E(p)
with a photon of energy omega << E(p). This probability is shown to b
e a function of the total energy in the c.m. system, E(c), and x(nu) =
E(nu)/E(p). For the process of neutrino generation we take into accou
nt the production and subsequent decay of pi+/- mesons (including prod
uction through the DELTA resonance), K+/- mesons, rho0 mesons, and DEL
TA++ resonances. In the case when these particles decay without consid
erable energy losses, dsigma(nu)(E(c),x(nu))/dx(nu) can be phenomenolo
gically treated as the usual cross section. In particular, a Monte Car
lo simulation for the proton propagation through the photon gas become
s relatively simple. The cross sections are presented in a numerical f
orm together with the E(c),x(nu) domain, where they have nonzero value
s.
