The methods for few-body systems are introduced to extract features of
structure of low-lying states of a four-electron dot. Similarities am
ong the states have been found, and accordingly a number of rotational
bands have been identified. Each band is characterized by a specific
mode of internal oscillation. The decisive effect of symmetry has been
emphasized.
