A series of stationary phases have been prepared by attachment of diff
erent phthalocyanines (PcM) to gamma-aminopropyl silica and tested for
HPLC separation of C-60 and C-70 fullerenes; strong dependence of chr
omatographic properties on the central metal ion and substituents of a
ttached complexes was found, and for the phase containing 3-(beta-naph
thyloxy)-substituted PcCo good results were achieved.
