Abstract
Our preliminary observations show that intraaortic intravascualr ultra sound using 10 MHz transducer catheters is safe and feasible in the as sessment of coronary ostial lesions. This imaging modality is potentia lly useful in decision making regarding the choice of coronary interve ntion.
