Mma. Sekar et al., SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION, AND PROPERTIES OF LEAD-BASED RELAXOR FERROELECTRICS, Journal of materials research, 11(5), 1996, pp. 1210-1218
Lead-based relaxer ferroelectrics such as Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3 (PMN), Pb(
Zn(1/3)Nb(2)n)O-3 (PZN), and their solid solutions with BaTiO3 and PbT
iO3 have been prepared by a solution combustion process which involves
metal nitrates/oxalate and tetraformal trisazine (TFTA) at 350 degree
s C. Thermal evolution of perovskite relaxors has been investigated at
different temperatures of calcination using the powder x-ray diffract
ion method. Particles are fine and sinter-active at low temperature (1
050 degrees C), Both particulate and dielectric properties are compare
