Abstract
Part 1 reviewed the need for pulse compression radar and showed how su rface acoustic wave (SAW) technology solved the associated matched-fil tering problem in a neat and compact way, Part 2 examines the detailed requirements of actual systems and gives examples of different types of hardware and the results they have achieved.
