Abstract
A case of destructive vertebral and discal lesions in a patient with c hronic, noninfected rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm is reporte d. The main rheumatic manifestations of abdominal aortic aneurysms are reviewed. Perianeurysmal inflammation may contribute to the developme nt of destructive vertebral and discal lesions.
