Within the equilibrium microcanonical distribution in the phase space
the angular distributions of fast charged particles passing through or
iented crystals are calculated. it is shown that the distribution in t
he phase space may be restored from the angular distributions with a l
arge degree of accuracy. The detailed calculations are performed for u
ltrarelativistic electrons. The electromagnetic radiation effect on an
gular distributions is studied carefully. It is shown that the effect
of radiation beam self-focusing can occur in a number of cases.
