Abstract
The state of the art of the structure and reactivity of chalcogenide s emiconducting transition metal compounds to study multi-electron charg e transfer reactions is presented. Attention is focussed on the electr ochemical study of molecular oxygen reduction in acid medium with meta l clusters, e.g. Chevrel phase and novel materials.
