Abstract
New approximate method of qualitative analysis of population dynamics under the external parametric stochastic influence is supposed, Most p robable stable states is found for the <<predator-prey>> model system with the Maltusian function satisfied to the Alle condition. It is sho wed, that under enough intensity of the noise Influence, noise-induced phase transitions are possible in the system, The transitions are con nected with noise-induced bistability appearance and noise-induced dam ping of oscillations. The phase diagram of the model is constructed.
