Abstract
The ultrasonic study of thoracic and abdominal viscera was realized on 3 cynomolgus monkeys. The exploration procedure was defined for the h eart, the liver, the spleen, the kidneys and the bladder according to the cynomolgus anatomical characteristics. Considering the high qualit y images, this kind of exploration appeared to be particularly suited for studies requiring morphological and functional examinations of the heart.
