An adolescent with a history of clinically silent hepatitis since one
year of age developed chronic candidiasis and dental enamel dysplasia.
He was given a diagnosis of Autoimmune PolyEndocrinopathy-Candidiasis
-Ectodermal Dystrophy (APECED). The literature on APECED is reviewed.
Hepatic involvement is exceedingly rare in this condition.
