Abstract
A 52-year-old female patient was accused of arson; the patient had had an arachnoid cyst of the cerebellar vermis, Even after surgery, she s howed marked instability of mood and pseudologia fantastica, but did n ot suffer from cognitive impairment, Possible associations of the pres ence of this cerebellar arachnoid cyst and behavioral disturbances are discussed.
