Abstract
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in a spontaneous singleton pregnancy is exceedingly rare. We report a case of ovarian hyperstimulation pre senting as bilateral ovarian masses in association with spontaneous pr egnancy, occurring in a woman with disturbed liver function. A possibl e mechanism is discussed.
