Abstract
A new approach to the analysis of soft and semihard hadron processes i s suggested. In the framework of the Quark-Gluon String Model, the int eraction of quarks from colliding hadrons is calculated as the exchang e by nonperturbative gluons, for which the cut-off parameter in the gl uonic propagator is included. This modification has allowed us to anal yse the inclusive hadron spectra in hadron collisions at transverse mo menta up to 3-4 GeV/c.
