Vv. Sinitsyn et Ai. Baranov, COMPENSATION LAW FOR PROTONIC CONDUCTORS OF THE ME(N)H(M)(AO(4))(P) GROUP, Russian journal of electrochemistry, 32(4), 1996, pp. 427-431
Experimental data on the protonic conductivity in crystals of the gene
ral formula Me(n)H(m)(AO(4))(p) (where Me = K, Rb, NH4, Cs; A = S, Se,
P, As; n, m, and p are integers) are summarized. An empirical analyst
s established the existence of a linear relationship between the logar
ithm of the pre-exponential factor and the activation energy for low-c
onducting phases of crystals of this group. In superprotonic phases, s
uch a correlation is weakly pronounced. A conclusion was drawn about t
he existence of a threshold value of the activation energy E(0) simila
r or equal to 0.5 eV in the region of the intrinsic protonic conductiv
ity.
