Interphase processes at the LaF3-Me interface (Me = Te, Se, Tl) are st
udied by cyclic and inversion voltammetry. The influence of the potent
ial that corresponds to the anodic generation of an intermediate phase
at the LaF3-Me interface (M = Sn, Bi, Sb) on the kinetics of the phas
e formation and the interface regeneration is discussed. Linear region
s are discovered in the dependence of the peak currents of the cathodi
c curves on the charge consumed during phase generation. It is shown t
hat the two-phase LaF3-Sb interface can be transformed into a three-ph
ase interface, thus forming an oxygen-sensitive element.
