This paper advances a new method which can correct the spectrum peak v
alue of the rms spectrum in order to decrease the errors that exist wh
en the spectral line is not on the peak. The authors first use the bar
ycentre of spectral lines in the main lobe to obtain the coordinate of
the spectrum peak. By this means the accurate frequency, amplitude an
