Abstract
By incorporation of labelled (NH3)-N-15 into the complex, the utility of N-15 relaxation rates (T-1) in examining the association of mononuc lear [Pt(NH3)(4)](2+) and dinuclear [{Pt(NH3)(3)}2NH2(CH2)(n)NH2](4+) platinum-tetraamine cations with the mononucleotide 5'-GMP (guanosine- 5'-monophosphate) is demonstrated. No major differences between the mo nonuclear and dinuclear complexes are seen.
