Abstract
The discovery of oscillatory interlayer exchange coupling in a new typ e of ceramic superlattice system Fe-N/TiN, is reported. The magnitude of the exchange coupling was found to oscillate with the thickness of the TiN spacer layer and Fe-N ferromagnetic layer with periods about 0 .8 and 0.6 nm, respectively.
